We like to support the local community and only use local suppliers for all our ingredients.  Rowlands of Shrewsbury supply us with excellent fresh fruit and vegetables. Barkworths  are a long standing family run fishmongers who get us the freshest fish that is available in market that morning, and Corbetts again a family run butchers supply us with the best local Welsh lamb, beef and Shropshire farmreared chicken.
