We like to support the local community and only use local suppliers for all our ingredients.  Rowlands of Shrewsbury supply us with excellent fresh fruit and vegetables. Corbetts again a family run butchers supply us with the best local Welsh lamb, beef and Shropshire farmreared chicken.  

This is an example of the dishes you will find when you visit us. We change the menu daily to allow us to take into account what is the best produce in market that morning.

We can accommodate vegans, and also let us know of any dietary requirements when you book
